Direct Debit

Direct Debit payments

Direct debit is our preferred method of payment. You can make monthlyor annual payments. As this is the most costs effective way of paying, this is why we are able to pay on costs savings to you. 


When you set up a Direct Debit, then the same amount will be debited each month. Your payment will be automatically debited from your bank account. The easiest way to set up your Direct debit is through ouronline customer service. You can register for one of our accounts here. Once your account is registered, you can then set up a direct debit by heading to “Set Up a Fixed Direct Debit” under Enquiries on the right-hand side of the screen.

The Sockable account will show you how much is being debited from your bank account each month. This will be reviewed every four monthsto see if it needs adjusting.

Once the Direct Debit is set up, we will send you confirmation of the amount and the date that the first payment will be collected. We will give you 10 working days’ notice of payment being taken from your account.

For all accounts this appears as:
