How does Sockable work?
Our sophisticated software will search the Internet to find out the best discounts, deals and promotions. We then pass them onto our customers by email or phone. Our service applies to both online and high street discounts and promotions. We want to bring you the best deals on the products you want to buy.
How often can I look for deals?
Once you have registered with us, you can look for deals as often as you like. We update our site every day. so there will always be a great deal waiting for you.
Why do you charge for Premium membership?
We think we offer a valuable service, saving you both time and money. Whilst we always have our free option, there are enhanced features andbigger discounts which our Premium customers enjoy. We think you willbe happy with our service but to offer peace of mind, we offer a 14-day trial period. You have 14 days to try out the service and if you are not satisfied or change your mind, there are no charges. If you are happy then we will begin to charge for as long as you are a Premium member.
How do I leave Sockable?
We hope you won’t want to leave when you see the amazing discounts on offer. But if you do need to cancel within the first 14 days, just call oremail us using our contact information. After the initial 14-day period, we require a month’s notice. Please call our customer services team for more information.
How do I find out about your new deals?
We will send you update email about deals on a regular basis. You can also log in to check the site 24/7.
How do I change my password?
Once you have logged into our website, head for the Account Settings and you will find an option to change your password.
I’ve forgotten my password – help!
On the log in page, you will see a “forgotten my password” prompt. Click on this and we will send an email which will detail how you can reset your password and get back into your account.
